Called to start payment. API returns payment data and redirection link of consent by the user. For this flow, the payment status inquiry route must be called with the returned ID. At this process step, the payment status will be "CONSENT_AWAITING_AUTHORIZATION", the flow will direct to a link returned on redirectConsentURL field so the user consents the transaction on the selected bank.
